 Yes — all consultations can be done virtually via zoom, Australia-wide. Perfect for busy mums, regional clients, or teens at home. 


 I’m based in North Queensland, Australia and offer virtual consultations nationwide. You can connect from anywhere — all you need is a phone, tablet, or laptop. 


 If that’s what you’re after — yes! All initial consults come with a personalised action plan including macronutrient breakdowns, calorie targets and energy balance goals. You can also opt for a 2-week custom meal plan with recipes as part of your service or package.


 Yes. Whether it’s fussy eating, teenage hormone changes, coeliac transition, or fuelling a growing athlete — we provide supportive, age-appropriate advice for the whole family. 


 Only when necessary. I always focus on food first, and any supplement recommendations will be targeted, evidence-based, and explained clearly. I will always recommend you consult your GP before adding any supplements to your diet. 


 Everyone is different. Some clients feel improvements in just a couple of weeks, while others need longer support. We'll set goals together and check in regularly to keep progress moving. If you have a specific timeframe in mind, we will discuss how we can work that in with your plan and assess whether it is realistic.


 In Australia, both nutritionists and dietitians are qualified in food and nutrition science. However, only dietitians are trained to provide medical nutrition therapy for specific clinical conditions. Nutritionists provide evidence-based advice & support to help improve overall health, eating habits, and lifestyle.  Nutritionists are not able to prescribe medications or diagnose medical conditions.


 No referral is needed to book a consultation with a nutritionist. You can book directly through our website or contact us to get started. 


 Our lead nutritionist is a fully qualified nutritionist with an advanced certificate in nutritional science with specialist training in Women's Health. We stay up to date with the latest evidence to provide practical, real-world advice.
